About Me!

Iman Reed always loved storytelling through the lens of illustration. As a child who struggled to read, she read primarily graphic novels and picture books. Later, she fell in love with reading this way. 

After graduating art school with a degree in illustration, she was deadset on becoming an illustrator who told stories that gave kids the tools to solve problems they may encounter as they lived. 

So, in 2024, Iman began her art shop, Iman Brush,  to offer unique, joyful designs of characters, books, apparel, and stationary, which she knew could bring joy and inspiration to kids worldwide.
